Terms and Conditions

Members can reserve (and cancel reservations for) courts on this website from any computer. On-site at the club, a dedicated touch screen "kiosk" booking system replaces the traditional paper booking sheets or courts can be booked via the office.

Courts can be booked up to 7 days in advance in units of 15 minutes for between 15 minutes and a maximum of 1.5 hours. For event bookings or block bookings please contact the office on 01228 514187 or email tennis@chatsworthtennis.co.uk

Members are encouraged to cancel a court as soon as possible so that the court may be used by other members.

The court booking fee is will be refunded when the court is cancelled more than 24 hours prior to the booked time.

Please note: Your on-line booking account expires with your membership and is renewed once your subscription for the year has cleared with the bank. Please contact us if you are experiencing any booking issues.
